Engineering File Intake & Review
Upon receipt of your 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, material specifications, and tolerance requirements, our team conducts a structured manufacturability assessment. Dimensional integrity, surface treatment standards, and processing feasibility are verified before release to production.

Production Planning & Routing
Based exclusively on approved engineering documentation, we define tooling requirements, process routing, inspection checkpoints, and batch control procedures. Structural modifications are never introduced without written customer authorization.

Tooling Development & Validation
When production tooling is required, it is manufactured directly from finalized structural data. Tool dimensional stability and repeatability are validated to ensure long-term batch consistency across production cycles.

Prototype & Pilot Production
Prototype units or controlled pilot batches are produced to validate mechanical fit, internal component alignment, and surface finish. This step confirms readiness prior to scaled manufacturing.

Controlled Series Manufacturing

Inspection, Packaging & Release
